HROs : an approach "built" security

HRO The acronym means High Reliability Organizations It is translated into French by HFO for high reliability organizational . It is a discipline that deals with security in terms of organizational reliability.

To better understand the HRO and before you suggest my analysis in a future post, I suggest, through the reading of two extracts, for your interest in this discipline of risk management was born 20 years ago to USA.

Changing this balance due to organizational changes or technological developments as is the automation of some tasks is a source of weakness of the security (Bold, 1993), until a new equilibrium is constructed . Bourrier (1999) points out that it is currently impossible to propose a list of warning signs of a lack of organizational reliability . These characteristics does not constitute an organizational model, but a set of tools available to the organization to address security challenges. "
